Product Description:

The STM32H747XIH6 devices are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 and Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC cores. The Cortex®-M7 core runs at up to 480 MHz and the Cortex®-M4 core runs at up to 240 MHz. Both cores feature a floating point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® single and double precision (Cortex®-M7 core) operations and conversions (IEEE 754 compliant), including a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance application security.

STM32H747XIH6 devices contain high-speed embedded memory with dual banks of up to 2 MB of Flash, up to 1 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, up to 864 KB of user SRAM and 4 KB of backup SRAM), and extensive connections to the APB Bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit Enhanced I/O and Peripherals Range Multi-AHB bus matrix and multilayer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.

All STM32H747XIH6 devices offer three ADCs, two DACs, two ultra-low-power comparators, one low-power RTC, one high-resolution timer, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, two motor PWM timers control, five low-power timers, and a true random number generator (RNG). The device supports four digital filters for an external sigma-delta modulator (DFSDM). They also have standard and advanced communication interfaces.

STM32H747XIH6 devices operate over a temperature range of –40 to +85 °C from a 1.62 to 3.6 volt supply. The supply voltage can be reduced to a 1.62 V monitor by using an external power supply (see Section 3.5.2: Power supply monitor) and connecting the PDR_ON pin to VSS. Otherwise the supply voltage must remain above 1.71 V, the embedded power supply enables the voltage detector.

All packages provide USB dedicated power inputs (OTG_FS and OTG_HS) to allow greater power selection. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications.

STM32H747XIH6 devices are available in 5 packages ranging from 156 pins to 240 pins/ball. The set of included peripherals varies with the device selected.
