Product Description:

The MSP430F235TPMR family of ultra-low-power microcontrollers consists of several devices featuring different sets of peripherals for a variety of applications. This architecture, combined with five low-power modes, is optimized for extended battery life in portable measurement applications. The device features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers and constant generators for maximum coding efficiency. A Digitally Controlled Oscillator (DCO) wakes up from low-power mode to run mode in less than 1µs.

MSP430F235TPMR series microcontrollers configured with two built-in 16-bit timers, a fast 12-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter (not available on MSP430F24x1), one comparator, four (two on MSP430F23x ) Universal Serial Communications Interface (USCI) module, and up to 48 I/O pins. MSP430F24x1 devices are identical to MSP430F24x devices except that they do not implement the ADC12 module. The MSP430F23x devices are identical to the MSP430F24x devices except integrating a reduced Timer_B, a USCI module, and less RAM.

Type MSP430F235TPMR applications include sensor systems, industrial control applications, handheld instruments, and more.
