The TPS63900DSKR device is a high-efficiency synchronous buck-boost converter with ultra-low quiescent current (75nA typical). The device features 32 user-programmable output voltage settings ranging from 1.8V to 5V.

The TPS63900DSKR dynamic voltage scaling feature allows applications to switch between two output voltages during operation; for example, during standby operation, power consumption can be reduced by lowering the system supply voltage.

With its wide supply voltage range and programmable input current limit (1mA to 100mA and unlimited), the TPS63900DSKR is ideal for use with 3-cell alkaline, 1-cell Lithium Manganese Dioxide (Li-MnO2), or 1-cell Lithium It is used in combination with various primary and secondary batteries such as thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl2).
