Product Description:

ISO7341FCDWR  family of devices provides galvanic isolation up to 1 minute up to 3000 VRMS per UL 1577 and 4242 VPK isolation per VDE V 0884-10. The devices feature four isolation channels consisting of logic input and output buffers separated by silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulating barriers.

ISO7341FCDWR  devices have four forward channels, ISO7341FCDWR   devices have three forward channels and one reverse channel, and ISO7342x devices have two forward channels and two reverse channels. In the event of loss of input power or signal, the default output is low (devices with suffix F) or high (devices without suffix F). See the Device Functional Modes section for more details.

Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, these devices help prevent noise currents on data buses or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuits. ISO7341FCDWR  devices have integrated noise filters for use in harsh industrial environments where short noise pulses may appear on the device input pins. The IISO7341FCDWR  devices have TTL input thresholds and operate from 3V to 5.5V. With innovative chip design and layout techniques, the electromagnetic compatibility of the ISO7341FCDWR  family of devices has been significantly enhanced, enabling system-level ESD, EFT and surge protection and compliance with emissions standards.
