Product Description:

The STM32H750IBK6 device is based on a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core running at up to 480 MHz. The Cortex® -M7 core features a floating point unit (FPU) that supports Arm® double-precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The STM32H750IBK6 device supports a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance application security.

The STM32H750IBK6 device contains high-speed embedded memory and 128 KB Flash, up to 1 MB RAM (including 192 KB TCM RAM, up to 864 KB user SRAM and 4 KB backup SRAM), and extensive enhanced I/O and peripherals Connects to APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and multi-layer AXI interconnects that support internal and external memory access.
